Form W-7 - Application for Individual  Taxpayer Identification Number

Our department is going to make an honorarium payment or non-employee service
payment to a foreign visitor who is not eligible for a social security number.

What form does the individual need in order to apply for a U.S. taxpayer identification
   number?

Foreign visitors who are going to receive an honorarium or service payment need to apply for a taxpayer identification number if they are not eligible for a social security number and are a resident of a tax treaty country.
