The following organizations offer limited tax return
preparation assistance to low income taxpayers such as students.
Ackerman Union The VITA Program at UCLA is designed to help community members (students, faculties, or local residents) properly prepare their annual federal and state income tax returns free of charge. It is designed to help the UCLA community properly prepare their annual federal and state income tax returns. The service is staffed by volunteers and is free of charge to the UCLA community. Tax preparation assistance is offered on a first come, first serve basis, so no appointments can be made with them. Please note, the VITA Program is ONLY available to U.S. residents. The staff is not trained to prepare nonresident tax returns.
